We heard about Nemo through the datsun owners club    

Nemo was a low mileage really nice car and was being used daily

but was caught  caught in a flood  and pushed a  large tree , 

Things looked terminal but we decided to take Nemo on 

because before the flood he was such a nice car

and he was the top of the range 1.5  GLS spirit model

but more importantly sometimes you just have to do the right thing

so the rescue started when he arrived on a trailer from somerset

After a lot of cleaning and replacing some electrical bits

astonishingly he started first turn   (try that with a modern car )

The interior was given a clean which was a major operation

as the interior and engine bay had been coated in red sand

from the flood water which also filled the headlights

The  headlamps  , thermostat and housing  and starter were replaced

Nemo is now running   and is ready to find a new owner

A small amount of welding  to the flooris needed for an MOT 

Everything  is working fine  though he  just needs some tlc

£ 1400  as he is now ( bring a trailer as no MOT )

In april 2026 Nemo can be registered as Historic

so NO MOT needed and Free road tax
